Laser Wart Therapy
Laser provides the power needed for effective Treatment of Warts
Warts are benign (not cancerous) skin growths that appear when a virus infects the top layer of the skin. Viruses that cause warts are called human papillomavirus (HPV).
Wart viruses are contagious and can spread by contact with the wart or something that touched the wart. Warts can grow on any part of your body.
How Does the Procedure Work?
The infrared wavelength of the Laser seeks out and destroys the tiny blood vessels feeding the wart. The wart dies from combined effects of the heat and the lack of blood going into it. The surrounding skin is virtually unaffected and 2 treatments are usually adequate.
